Bill's early life was marked by his service to his country; he proudly served in the United States Navy from 1945 to 1947. Following his military service, he pursued higher education at Cal Poly, which laid the foundation for his successful career. Bill's professional life included significant tenures at NCR and Farmers Insurance. Bill also spent many years as a Shriner and Mason.

A burial will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on 2025-05-21 at Davis Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Avenue.
