Ann Marie Haynie
Ann Marie Haynie passed away at home on November 12, 2025. She loved Aaron, her husband for 63 years.
Highlight 1
She loved and is survived by her children, Denise, Sue and Tom, and her three grandchildren, Jill, Kevin and Kyla Daley. She was happiest caring for her home and family.
Highlight 2
Born in Boston, she was raised in a large Italian family. She fondly recalled her father's vegetable garden and the forest behind her house with its stream and lady slippers.
Highlight 3
She was part of the Great Generation, so knew hardship. She worked hard her whole life to get what she wanted, bought her first car at 21. She drove until she was 90. She liked her freedom.
Highlight 4
When she was young, and with a mother trained in NYC's garment district, she wore tailor-made clothes worthy of 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel'. She loved fashion her entire life.
Highlight 5
A telephone operator at the Sands for 33 years, she loved great gossip & knew more gossip about current pop stars than her grandkids. She was funny, blunt, a great traveling companion.
She loved the color blue & white (walls, floors...) so she'd have something to clean. She loved doing laundry for some reason.
She loved the Food Channel but preferred take-out.
She loved animals, especially her 11 dogs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Best Friends Animal Society or Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue.

Plant a tree: How does it work
When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.
An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.
After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.
Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.
