Las Vegas, NV - Arley Gail (Speck) Klingensmith, 86, of North Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025. She was a resident of Las Vegas for 47 years. She was born on September 4, 1939, in Lincoln Park, MI. At the age of 10 she met her lifetime sweetheart, Richard.

Arley was a proud wife of a USAF service man. In her travels with the military, Arley worked at Fairchild Semiconductor in Palo Alto, CA, and Diamond Match in Springfield, MA. She worked retail at many of the Military duty stations. In Las Vegas, Arley worked as an Associate Manager for K-mart, and Gift Shop manager at the Imperial Palace, and the Circus Circus Hotel/Casino.

Arley enjoyed cooking and baking, crocheting, crafting, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing bunco. She was adventurous and loved to travel. She never met a stranger. Arley was passionate about her love of the Lord. Arley was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, and participated in the Altar Guild, Prayer Team, Squeak's Corner and Feed My Sheep.

Arley was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Richard. She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Klingensmith and Shelly Klingensmith, both of Las Vegas; sons, Richard Klingensmith Jr. of Las Vegas and Brian Lee (Missy Sue) Klingensmith of Arizona; granddaughter, Ashley (Chad) Klingensmith-Bertz of Arizona; and great-grandchildren Abigail and David Lee Bertz; brothers Gary (Bonnie) Speck of Michigan; and Dale (Susan) Speck of Texas.
