BETTY VIOLA MARIANO

Betty (Etopio) Mariano passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. She is survived by her daughter Gale Breen and grandson Jonathan Breen, both of Las Vegas. Her husband, Anthony Mariano Sr., and son, Anthony Mariano Jr. are both deceased. Her mother, Josephine Etopio; father, Angelo Etopio; brothers Christopher, Thomas, Dominic, and Joseph of Niagara Falls, NY are also deceased as is her sister Jeanette Gemmati of Florida.

Betty was a volunteer for 10 years for the Red Cross Blood Mobile before moving to Las Vegas from Niagara Falls. She was employed by CCSD at Ruby Thomas Elementary School in the office. After she retired, she was a volunteer at Child Haven. Betty also crocheted and knitted gloves, hats and afghans for different charities such as Stand Down for the homeless. She had a large collection of angel pins and statues.

Services will be held on October 1, 2025. Viewing will be at 9:00A.M., service at 10:00, and funeral at 11:00 at Davis Funeral Services, 6200 S Eastern, Las Vegas, NV.
