North Las Vegas, Nevada - Carla Lynn Wilson, 63, passed away peacefully of natural causes on September 17, 2025, in North Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born on June 8, 1962, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Violet Shultz and Phillip Caudill. Carla grew up in small-town America and spent her summers on a family dairy farm.

Carla was known for always welcoming people into her home with a warm smile and ensuring that extended family birthdays and anniversaries were remembered by recording them on her calendar every year. She enjoyed baking dozens of cookies and treats for the holiday season, and spending time with her growing family. She will be remembered for her giant heart that fit everyone in it and her everlasting grace.

Carla is survived by her spouse of 29 years, David; her children, David Lee Wilson III, Phillip Paul Wilson and his wife Carina, and their daughter Aria; Desiree Ann Wilson and her daughter Carly; her mother, Violet; and her father, Phillip.

Carla was a beloved spouse, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing her.
