CHARLES D HOPPER (DEE)
Charles D Hopper passed away suddenly on Friday Nov 14, 2025, Las Vegas, NV. D was born in Denver, Colorado on October 16th, 1966. He was raised in Weatherford, Texas by his loving parents Charles and Marcelle (de Leleu) Hopper who both precede him in death. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Jill Yacubovich of Las Vegas, Nevada and brother Dr. Ken (Bubba) Hopper of Fort Worth, Texas and Bentonville, Arkansas.
D attended Baylor University BA and MBA, Oklahoma City School of Law J.D., and Georgetown School of Law LL.M. D settled in Las Vegas and became an esteemed member of the legal community practicing construction defect law as well as, serving as a Deputy Attorney General and a board member of the Nevada Conservation League
Interment will be private. Celebration of life events are being planned for Las Vegas and Texas. See provided website for notifications. In lieu of flowers please honor D in a donation to the American Diabetes Association or Opportunity Village of Las Vegas.
