David Aguirre, age 41, of Henderson, passed away Oct. 5, 2004, of heart failure after surgery. He was a resident of Las Vegas for 36 years. He is survived by his best friend and wife, Jill Leslie; his children, Amber Lynn of Bellingham, Wash., Jeremy David and Alexis Skylar-Marie, both of Henderson; parents, Elvia and Ruben Aguirre of Padre Island, Texas; brother, Ruben and his fiance', Felicia; sister, Yvonne Marie; niece, Jessica Marie; great nephew, Tristan Perry, all of Henderson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Also Jill's parents, Pat and Harry Murphy of Boulder City; brother, Richard and wife Audri, Quinn and Tatum, all of Michigan; sister, Julie and husband Bart, Zach, Averi and Claire, all of Iowa; great-grandmother, Alice of Minnesota; and many cousins, uncles and aunts. David was employed by Desert Lumber as a yard foreman for the past 14 years. A memorial fund has been established under Desert Lumber for David Aguirre at the Bank of America (Craig and Clayton) Acct# 004969299262. David will be remembered for his strength and love of life. He will be missed by all those whose lives he has touched. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123.
