David Goodman passed away January 2, 2026 in Las Vegas, NV. Funeral was held January 7th at Beth Israel Synagogue in Omaha, NE and burial was in Council Bluffs, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents Morris and Eva Goodman, sister Arliss Goodman and brother Jerome (Micky) Goodman. He is survived by his wife Shirley Goodman: children Devra (Gordon) Foster, Douglas (Lori) Goodman, Bob (Sharon) Spitzer, David Spitzer, Cathy (Joe) Gluck and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Beth Israel Synagogue in Omaha, Young Israel Aish in Las Vegas, B'nai Israel Synagogue in Council Bluffs, or charity of your choice.
