DOLORES KRUSE
Dolores "Lorre" Kruse, 82, passed away on June 4, 2026, in Greensburg, PA. She was born on December 7, 1943, in the Bronx, NY. After college, Lorre spent most of her adult life in Las Vegas, NV, where she became a well-known and deeply respected presence in the convention and tourism industry. She spent more than 30 years in the industry, including her work with Gray Line Tours and Coach USA. She was an active member of the Las Vegas business and hospitality community through organizations, including the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas Territory, the Destination Services Association, the Las Vegas Hospitality Association, and the Women in Convention Sales Association. After retiring, she moved to western Pennsylvania to be close to her daughters and their families. Lorre was an avid reader, a lover of the outdoors, and someone who never missed a chance to celebrate life — especially if it meant showing up in gold lamé. Her warmth, humor, and enthusiasm made every gathering brighter. In addition to her parents, Mario and Carmela (Puma) Polvere, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Kruse. Lorre is survived by her daughters, Heather Tudor (Michael) and Erica Cooper (Gerald); and her grandchildren, Michaela and J. Dane Tudor, and Lilah and Rachel Cooper. She is also survived by her brothers, Dennis Polvere (Elizabeth) and Dean Polvere (Karen); as well as her extended family, including her nephews, Christopher, Todd, Michael, and Ryan; along with many beloved cousins. Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. www.bachafh.com
