Ed was born on May 24th, 1931, in Stockton, CA, where he lived until enlisting in the United States Marine Corp in 1951, serving in Korea during the conflict. After a brief term as a civilian, he returned to the military and served 21 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in 1972, finally settling in Las Vegas.
