Orofino, ID - Eric Scott Waugh was born in Sacramento, California on 10/25/1957 to David Lorimer Waugh and Donna Marrette DeVore Waugh. He completed his journey into our Lord's loving arms on September 26, 2025 at the age of 67. Eric moved from Sacramento, CA to Las Vegas, NV when he was just one year old and was a resident there until recently when he moved to Orofino, Idaho with his wife Margie to fulfill his lifelong dream of retirement surrounded by the beauty and nature of their new residence.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Marrette De Vore-Waugh and his father, David Lorimer Waugh.

Eric is survived by his wife, Margie Waugh; his children, Erica Biro, Lisa Reboton and Kristina Ziola; his grandchildren Rae, William, Skye, Waylon; and his brother, David W. Waugh.

Eric will be remembered most for being real, for his love of this country and for the love he held in his heart for his friends and family. Eric will be missed terribly. He was certainly one of a kind.

In lieu of flowers, those who would like to donate in Eric's name could do so at either your local Humane Society. Alternatively, donations can be made to Clearwater Valley Health Foundation (brynn.knudson@kh.org), a nonprofit hospital that serves his community in Orofino, Idaho.
