Twin Falls, Idaho - Erin Moria Crumpley
11/17/1976-03/21/2026
Erin Moria Crumpley of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away on March 21, 2026, due to unknown causes. She was 49 years old. Erin was known as a compassionate woman who loved animals, her family, and her friends. She will be missed by all.
Erin was born on November 17, 1976, in Apple Valley, California. Shortly thereafter, Erin's family relocated to Lodi, California, where Erin was raised and lived for much of her life. Erin was a vivacious youth, gifted in academics as well as tennis, graduating from Lodi High School in 1995. Her friendships formed with the "Wild Tribe of '95," as her high school class was known, remained strong throughout her life. Following high school, Erin was offered a tennis scholarship and admittance to the Air Force Academy. Her time there was short lived, however, as she was given an honorable discharge due to a medical condition. Erin continued to play tennis at California State University Sacramento throughout her university years. Erin used her BS degree earned in Biological Sciences to work in wildlife management in California and later as a veterinarian assistant in Hawaii. Erin lived for a few years in Hawaii in the mid-2000's until she relocated with her family to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2010. During her years in Las Vegas, Erin rediscovered her love of tennis and played avidly with her sister and newly found friends and teammates. It was a special time in Erin's life as it kept her close to her family and her beloved nephews. Erin ultimately chose to relocate to Twin Falls, Idaho in 2023. She sought a peaceful life there and continued to embrace her love of all animals, adopting multiple cats and dogs.
Erin lived her life with passion, sometimes to a fault. She always cheered for the underdog and those who were struggling in life. She would never turn away an animal in need. She loved deeply and cherished her friends and family. Those who loved her accepted her as she was and knew her unique spirit did not always make her life easy. Whatever mistakes she made, she was forgiven. Erin is survived by her parents, Tom and Carolyn Crumpley of Buhl, Idaho; her sister Heather Harris and nephews William and Thomas of Minnetrista, Minnesota; many extended family members; and countless friends, teammates, and coworkers from the many eras of her life. She is also survived by her beloved pets, including her dog Daisy who is being lovingly fostered in Las Vegas, Nevada, while awaiting permanent adoption. A future memorial service in Lodi, CA will be announced once plans are finalized. Erin's family is forever grateful for the many people who have reached out with love and support during this difficult time. In honor of Erin's life, in lieu of flowers or gifts, please consider a donation in Erin's name to a charity she has long adored and supported, PAWS, an animal rescue and rehabilitation organization in Las Vegas, NV.
