Las Vegas, Nv - Gary P Wasden 92, passed away peacefully with family by his side 09/14/25. He was born February 26, 1933 in Las Vegas Nevada to his father Elef Edward Wasden and mother Edith Vangeline Anderson. He had two brothers and a sister to include a beloved stepmother, Ruth. He is survived by two sons Rex and Ryan along with three grandchildren Allen, Brett and Brianna. Gary graduated from Las Vegas High in 1951 and later attended college in California before serving in the military in the Korian war. He later made a career working in the grocery industry as manager.

He was a devoted husband of 43 years and wonderful father and grandfather who enjoyed family life. Holidays were always special to him. He was a early V8 Ford car collector who left a legacy of salvaged parts and cars. He always had wonderful stories of early Las Vegas life, friends and family. He will be missed
