GLORIA J. WRIGHT

Gloria Jean Wright, 93, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Gloria was born August 27, 1931 in Fort Worth, Texas, to Susie B. Hill and Willie Franklin. She married Willie Wright Jr. on October 21, 1947. Together they shared a life and adventure traveling to Hawaii, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, Indiana, Turkey and Tawain. She is survived by four daughters: Erma (married to Serge Manoncourt, Paris, France), Linda and Cheryl (Las Vegas, NV), and Michelle (married to Don Davenport, Oceanside, CA). Gloria lived to enjoy four grandchildren: Amber Welby (Las Vegas, NV), Don Davenport (married to Sollisa, Oceanside, CA), Anthony Graham (Las Vegas, NV), and Danielle Rea (married to Chad, Oceanside, CA). Her great delight and joy were her great-grandchildren: Jaxson and Charlotte Rea, and Hunter Welby. She was a great mom, grandma and friend. It is our honor to have been raised by her. Services will be held 3:30 pm, July 13, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, on 4051 N. Cimarron Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89129.
