Las Vegas, Nevada - Loving husband and father, James Francis Rugaard, 46, of Las Vegas, passed away on May 6, 2026.
He was born to Ricci and Kristine Rugaard on June 25, 1979, in Southern California, and had been a resident of Las Vegas for 34 years.
James is survived by his wife, Stormy Rugaard, and his sons, Zzyzx Lands and Rennick Rugaard. He was preceded in death by his father, Ricci Rugaard; his mother, Kristine Rugaard and his brother, Jason Rugaard.
James worked as an estimator for 17 years. He loved riding his motorcycle and had a passion for music that was unmatched by most and was an amazing singer. James was full of kindness for others and had a quirky sense of humor. He was truly dedicated to his family and friends.
