Jeanna "Judy" Louise Givens, age 81, of Henderson, Nevada, passed away peacefully, on Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Henderson Hospital in Henderson, Nevada. She was born on Thursday, December 13, 1943, to John Lee Gist and Lois Willingham in Gillham, Arkansas.

Judy was a woman of wisdom, kindness, and unwavering integrity. Put simply, to know her, was to love her. She had a warm and infectious laugh that could brighten any room and a depth of knowledge that made her a trusted confidante to so many. Her selflessness and compassion defined her, as she lived her life in service to others with grace and love.

For over 50 years, Judy worked for the Simon Family in Las Vegas, where she was not only deeply respected but also dearly loved. Judy was not just their bookkeeper, she was a dear friend, a counselor, and an irreplaceable part of each of their lives. Her integrity, wisdom, and loyalty made a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Above all, Judy's greatest love was her family. She cherished every moment spent with them, especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. Whether sharing laughter, offering guidance, or simply being present, she was a source of infinite love and strength.

In her quiet moments, Judy found joy in reading and watching classic movies, appreciating the stories and lessons they had to offer. She lived her life as an example of generosity, kindness, and love, always putting others before herself and leaving a lasting legacy of goodness.

Judy's presence was a gift to all who knew her. While she will be deeply missed, the love she shared and the lives she touched will forever carry her memory forward.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Mackenize Bergman.

Judy is survived by three sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Ramona Bergman of Eagletown, Oklahoma, Kelly Bergman and Tony Bergman both of Henderson, Nevada; three sisters, Carolyn Talley, Sandra Gist and Jo Ashalintubbi all of Eagletown, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Travis Bergman, Austin Bergman, Arliss Bergman, Kelcie Bergman and Jimmie Bergman; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., at the Cerrogordo Cemetery in Cerrogordo, Oklahoma with Bobby Tatum officiating. No visitation is planned. Arrangements are entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.
