JERRY LEE FISHER

Jerry Lee Fisher, a devoted husband, father, and hardworking entrepreneur, passed away at the age of 84. Born in 1941, Jerry lived a life defined by dedication, resilience, and a deep appreciation for family, friends, and the pursuits he loved.

Jerry proudly served his country in Vietnam from 1965 to 1968. Following his service, he attended Air Traffic Control School in Whittier, California, and went on to work as an air traffic controller at Chicago O'Hare Airport from 1968 to 1981, where he was known for his professionalism and steady presence.

After his career in aviation, Jerry built a successful path in business. He founded and operated four welding shops—two in California and two in Las Vegas—demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic. After selling his businesses, he continued his career with Steel Engineers, where he worked for 15 years, before joining Whitecap–HD Supply. There, he earned multiple national sales awards, a testament to his drive, character, and ability to connect with others.

Jerry was married to his beloved wife, Louise, for 47 years. Together they built a life centered on loyalty, partnership, and shared memories.

He is survived by his wife, Louise; his son, Patrick; his nephew, Gregory; and his niece, Kristin. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deanna, and his brother, Bobby.

Outside of work, Jerry had a passion for racing, especially NASCAR, as well as fishing and spending time on boats. He valued time with his close circle of friends, with whom he shared many meaningful and memorable moments over the years.

Jerry will be remembered for his strength, determination, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him. His legacy lives on through the family he loved, the friendships he cherished, and the life he built through hard work and perseverance. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who knew and loved him.
