JOHN JACOB NICHOLAS
John was a loving father of five children and one stepdaughter, all of whom have made wonderful lives for themselves, something John would never stop talking about.
John was born on October 22, 1946 in Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Garfield High School, attended Akron University, and worked as an electrician and electrical expert. He was preceded in death by his brothers Leonard and Joseph.
He is survived by his loving and adored wife, Sharon Elizabeth Nicholas (nee Armstrong).
He is also survived by his five children: John B. Nicholas, Ph.D. (Sue Ramlo, Ph.D.); Jennifer Nicholas, MD, MHA, MEd; Kathryn Nicholas; Daniel (Ingrid) Nicholas; Angela Nicholas; stepdaughter Kristina Marcus (Reggie Castaneda); niece Rosa (Jorge) Chapa, and three granddaughters: Erika (Mike) Bass, Ph.D., Elora Nicholas and Amelia Nicholas.
