It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Karen Sanchez (Perry) who passed away on May 05, 2025, at the age of 68.

Born on May 10,1956 in Whittier California, Karen came to Las Vegas as an infant, as an adult she lived in both Arizona and California. Karen came back to Las Vegas approximately 35 years ago and became a permanent resident at that time.

Karen's hobby was antiques and her passions were horses and Harleys.

Karen retired from the Clark County Accessor's office where she worked for over 30 years. She was proud of her performance there and the people she was able to help.

Karen is survived by her sister Diane Poff of Las Vegas along with her husband Roy and children Samantha Salcedo in Petersburg VA and Christopher Poff of Las Vegas and wife Saria with their children Jaide and Bryce. Karen is also survived by her daughter Tania Lynn Handleman of Spokane WA along with her husband Darren and their children and Karen's granddaughters Brittany Taylor Pool, Ashleigh Donohoo and, Alliyah Jasmine Amezcua and Karen's son Kenneth Perry also of Spokane WA.

There will not be a service, Karen's ashes will be sent to her son Kenneth.

Though Karen is no longer with us, her legacy of love and compassion will remain in the hearts of all they touched. Karen will be greatly missed but lovingly remembered. Rest in peace, Karen. You will forever be in our thoughts.
