Kay M. Chipman peacefully left this world May 13, 2022. She was graced with eighty-six years in this life. An only child that survived her spouse, John E. Chipman, Kay was blessed with four children, multiple grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that are scattered all over our beautiful country. Her family knows that she is now at peace and can rest with her husband at long last. She will be laid to rest with John at Arlington Cemetery.
