KELLY OLIVIA SHECKLER

Kelly Olivia Sheckler, long time resident of Henderson, Nevada, recently passed at St Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, NV, March 1, 2025. Subsequent to many years of health issues, Kelly finally accepted the gentle call from family and friends that had preceded her. Kelly made her transition while those still here wished she could remain just a little bit longer, but accepted she was being called to a better place. She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. We love you bunches, "Kellyogigglebe".

Kelly was born in Springfield, Ohio, the seventh of eight children and lived most of her youth in the Midwest, and her adult life in Southern California and Nevada. Preceding her passing were both parents: David and Martha (McDonald) Walker, husband Larry Sheckler, and two siblings Nathalie (Walker) Dittman and Casey Walker. Kelly is survived by her longtime partner Rey Chan of Henderson, NV; Five siblings: Felice Gavin and Cynthi Coble of Greensboro, NC; Marsey Shuman of Petoskey, MI; David Walker and Laura Fedele of Escondido, CA; 3 daughters: Kimberley Nicole Ellison of Valencia, CA; Kristin Hinsvark and Darcy Cornwell of Aliso Viejo, CA; and 4 grandchildren: Lindsay Renterias of Oakland, CA; and Jake, Maddie and Allie Hinsvark of Aliso Viejo, CA.

A "Celebration of Life" memorial service will be held at a later date.
