las vegas, nevada - Linda Mary Lehto passed away on Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025, after a long 10-year courageous battle with dementia. Linda was born on February 2, 1950, to George and Anna (Doucevicz) Christman, in Glens Falls, New York. Linda graduated from Hueneme High School, in Port Hueneme, Calif, in 1968. Shortly after, she received her Licensed Practical Nursing degree in Vermont where she began working as an LPN in Burlington, Vermont. For more than 40 years, Linda specialized in OBGYN and home health services. A Las Vegas resident for more than 30 years, she enjoyed working for Las Vegas OBGYN, St.Rose Dominican Home Health and Perspective Home Health. She loved music, movies (esp Dirty Dancing), cooking, crafts, travel and playing bingo at the Sun Coast. She is preceded by her parents, George and Anna Christman; and two brothers, Steven Christman and Nicholas Mazzola, both of Las Vegas. She is survived by her husband, Billy; a daughter, Michelle (Jimmy) Cienfuegos, of Falls Church, Va.; a granddaughter, Ashley Basiliere, of Las Vegas; a brother, Thomas Mazzola, of Coral Springs, Fla., and nephews, nieces, cousins, and a special thanks to friends and her co-workers who knew Linda over the years. Also a special thanks goes to close friends Dani Carr, Evelyn Coleman, Nettie Messner and Mary Lynch for being part of Linda s life.
