Mary Ann Faccinto Mikulich Obituary

Las Vegas, Nevada - Mary Ann Faccinto Mikulich embodied love in its purest form, and her presence forever changed the lives of those who knew her. She passed at the age of 65, surrounded by the love of her two daughters. True to her spirit, she remained one of a kind in every way, including a cancer so rare it had never before appeared in the jawbone.

Mary Ann was born on January 22, 1960, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Albert "Moky" Sr. and Helen "Herky" Faccinto. She was the baby of the Fab Four, Albert Faccinto Jr., Barbara Bowman, and John Faccinto, and brought joy, laughter, and heart wherever she went. Her greatest legacy is the love she leaves behind. As a homemaker for 33 years, Mary Ann devoted herself fully to her greatest accomplishment, her children.

She is survived by her loving daughters, Jenna Rose and Megan Marie Dueñas; her #1 son-in-law, Robert Dueñas; four sweet grandchildren; her best friend, Thomas O Mikulich; and her loyal and beloved dog, Gypsy.

Mary Ann's kindness and warmth left a lasting impact on everyone she met. With her quick wit and infectious laugh, she turned even the smallest moments into core memories. Her life was a gift, and her memory will forever be a blessing.

A Mass in celebration of Mary Ann's life will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on January 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM. In honor of her vibrant personality, the family kindly requests attendees wear colorful attire (no black outfits).
