Pamela Jones Obituary

PAMELA KAY JONES

Pamela Kay Jones, 69, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on April 15, 2025, after a long illness. Pam was born on October 14, 1955, in Las Vegas to Thomas and Patricia Jones

During her youth, Pam was actively involved in the Girl Scouts and 4-H Club. She had a love for horseback riding and excelled in rodeo events, especially barrel racing. Over the years, Pam lived in various places, including northern Nevada and Montana. Her love for nature and the great outdoors took her to many national parks, including Zion, Bryce, Yellowstone, and Yosemite.

Pam spent much of her career in the restaurant industry, where she worked as a cook. Later in life, Pam found lasting companionship with her boyfriend Mike. Together, they cherished the time spent camping in the mountains, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying evenings by the campfire.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Jones; her brother, Kevin Jones; and her partner, Mike—all of Las Vegas. She is survived by her mother, Patricia Jones, and her sister, Jacki, both of Las Vegas; her son, Joel Harvey, and daughter, Nicole Harvey Anderson, both of Bend, Oregon; as well as her grandchildren: Jonathan Kelson (Clara Kelson), Amanda Anderson, and Everett Harvey. A small memorial will be had over the summer.
