Puanani Akui Kea

Puanani Lilinoe Akui Kea, 85 passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 30th. Born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii and later moved to Oahu for school and work. Retired federal worker in administration. Remembered as a feisty and loving mother, hard worker, and cooking up an 'ono beef tomato. Survived by her sister Cynthia "Miki" De Coito of Hilo, HI and brother Roderick "Boy" Akui of Hilo, HI. Preceding her in death is her brother Randolph Akui. Previously married to Edward "Boya" Masuda (passed) and Bernard P. Kea (survived).


Also Survived by Children: son Guy Masuda of Thousand Oaks, CA, daughter LeeAnn Masuda Holland of Las Vegas, NV, son Alec Masuda of Coweta, OK, T, and son Kevin Ke'a of Makawao, HI.


Grandchildren: Matthew Masuda, Alika Masuda Sr., Jason Sepulveda Masuda, Rylen, Tyler K. A. Ke'a, Brandon Ke'a, Jordan Ke'a, Maui Ke'a, Isaiah Ke'a, Trump Ke'a.

Great-grandchildren: Kristian Kalahiki-Masuda, Malory Masuda, Alika Masuda Jr., Kealani Masuda, Maelana Masuda, Raizo Masuda, Aaliyah Ke'a, Tyler K. H. Ke'a.
