Albuquerque, New Mexico - Beloved Husband and Father, Robert (Rob) Morrish Barnum Jr., 79, was called to his eternal resting place on September 21, 2021. Born on February 13, 1942 in Berkeley, California, he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Joyce Barnum, and his son David. He is survived by his wife Soon and his daughter Veronica and will be sadly missed by his sister Kay Martinez, his brother-in-law Ed Martinez, nephews Pat (Julie) and Ted (Marney) Martinez and cousins Gail, Kathie, Jillian, Jack and Luke.

Except for a two year hitch in the Army, Rob spent his entire life working in the Gaming Industry, never hesitating to share his knowledge that he´d acquired after fifty years working in Casinos.

Rob loved all sporting events but especially Track and Field events, and for many years he traveled to Philadelphia to watch the Penn., relays.

He was well liked by all who worked with him --- maintaining some friendships for more than sixty years.

Rob married Soon his wife, in Las Vegas, on September 9,1999, and they were happily married at the time of his death.
