SHIRLEY WILCOX
Shirley Mae Wilcox (née Arnold), born on April 23, 1932, in Cosmos, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was 93 years old.
She was married to Vernon K. Wilcox for 61 years until his passing. Together, they raised three children and embraced the unique journey of military life. As an Air Force wife and mother, Shirley supported her husband's service with unwavering dedication. They made their home in Las Vegas in 1972.
She will remembered by her daughters, Leslie Wilcox and Felecia Mann; her brothers Lewis Arnold & Lyle Arnold of Minnesota; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband Vernon K. Wilcox and her son Brett Wilcox.
Shirley was member of Christ Episcopal Church and participated in the Daughters of the Nile (Zelzah Shrine).
A Memorial Service will be held on June 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM at Palm Mortuary 1325 N. Main Street Las Vegas, NV 89101.
