Timothy Mikulich Obituary
Las Vegas, NV - Timothy Irving Mikulich, 79, passed away peacefully at home on August 11, 2025. He was in the home he shared for many years with his beloved wife, the late Rhonda Mikulich, who passed away in 2018.
Born in 1946, Timothy was the oldest of seven children in a devout Catholic family. His deep faith, a guiding light throughout his life, remained a cornerstone of his journey until his passing.
Before becoming a father, Tim was a dedicated leader and instructor. As a black belt in Judo, Aikido, and Jiu-Jutsu he taught hundreds of children in Las Vegas throughout the late 1960s, 70s, and early 80s. He was a revered instructor at Tani Judo Dojo and later established his own dojo, Tobu Tora Judo Dojo. He was also a leader in the Boy Scouts of America. The spirit and wisdom of these teachings were the lasting gifts he passed down to his children and grandchildren, even more so than the brief practice they shared.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rhonda Mikulich.
Timothy is survived by his son, Leo Mikulich, and his stepdaughters, Cheri Falcone, Christina Dickerson, and Tandra Ortega. He is also survived by his siblings: Nadine Mikulich, Jim Mikulich, John Mike Mikulich, Marty Williamson and Tom Mikulich.
A public service will be held at Central Christian Church, 1001 New Beginnings Dr, Henderson, NV 89011, on September 6, 2025, at 11 a.m.
