WILLIAM FISCUS

William "Bill" Edward Fiscus, Sr. 86, of Las Vegas, died on July 4, 2026. He was born to the late Laurelda Fiscus (Rourke) and John Fiscus, August 26, 1939, in Avalon, PA. He served in the US Navy, discharged in 1962. The family relocated to Las Vegas in 1982, and he retired from the Las Vegas Review Journal in 2001. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Jean Fiscus and 4 siblings. He is survived by his three children, William Fiscus, Jr., Veronica Fiscus and Matthew Fiscus all of Las Vegas, three grandchildren, Troy Fiscus, Zackary Fiscus, and Michael Fiscus, three great-grandchildren and 3 siblings. Please note in comment: Bill/Matt Fiscus. A Mass will be held at St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church at 1111 N. Michael Way, Las Vegas on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 10 am. Burial will be on August 8, 2026 at Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the DSOSN Office at 6960 O'Bannon Drive #130, Las Vegas. Light refreshments will be served.
