William Todd Nisbet (Todd) Obituary

Melbourne, Australia - William "Todd" Nisbet passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on October 3, 2025, in Melbourne, Australia, surrounded by his family. Born on October 23, 1967 in Sandy, Utah. Todd led an extraordinary life marked by professional excellence, personal integrity, and deep devotion to his family.

Todd was the beloved husband of Pamela Nisbet and the devoted father of Connor (20), Chloe (17), and Cole (17). He was the cherished son of the late Mary Polston and is survived by his sister Tory Harmon (Randy), along with his nieces and nephew, all of whom held him in the highest regard and affection.

A graduate of Clark High School in Las Vegas and the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Todd began his distinguished career in design and development while still a university student, joining Marnell Corrao Associates. Through talent and determination, he rose to the position of Vice President of Operations and contributed to the creation of some of Las Vegas's most renowned landmarks, including the Excalibur, Treasure Island, Mirage, and Bellagio.

Todd later served as Executive Vice President, Project Director of Wynn Design and Development, where his leadership and expertise were instrumental in the realization of both Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau. His creativity, work ethic, and pursuit of excellence earned him the respect of peers and collaborators around the world.

In 2010, Todd and his family relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where he assumed the role of Executive Vice President Strategy and Development of Crown Hotels. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of Crown Perth, Crown Sydney, Studio City and City of Dreams in Macau, and Studio City in the Philippines. After departing Crown, Todd partnered with James Packer to establish NPact, continuing his legacy through the creation of luxury residential projects in Melbourne and Sydney.

Throughout his career, Todd was admired not only for his professional accomplishments but also for his generosity of spirit and commitment to mentoring the next generation of industry professionals. Despite his many achievements, his family remained the center of his world. He was a dedicated and loving father, deeply involved in his children's lives - coaching basketball games, attending dance performances, and ensuring they always felt his pride and unconditional love.

Beyond his professional and family life, Todd found great joy in time spent with his many friends. He valued camaraderie and laughter, whether on the golf course, around a poker table, or during simple dinners shared in good company. His daily walks with his beloved dog, Kirra, were moments of quiet contentment.

Todd will be remembered for his intelligence, warmth, humor, and unwavering loyalty. His influence on those who knew him - both personally and professionally - will endure for years to come.

Todd's passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of his family, friends, and colleagues. His legacy of love, friendship, and excellence will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrews Anglican Church, Brighton, Australia.
